During my stay at Candlewood Suites NYC - Times Square, I found the kitchenette incredibly useful and the front desk staff, especially Laura, very helpful with food recommendations. The location was convenient for exploring NYC, but the room cleanliness and Wi-Fi could be improved. The comfortable beds and good shower pressure were highlights.

The staff here were amazing - super friendly and went out of their way to help us, making our stay enjoyable. the location was spot on, close to Times Square, making it easy to explore and enjoy Broadway plays. Easy access to subways too, and a short walk to Empire State Building, Time Square, and the piers.

It would be nice if they added breakfast or airport shuttle services to make the stay even more convenient for guests. the kitchenette lacked some basic cookware, which could be improved.

The room was suitable for my budget stay in Midtown, providing a kitchen which I needed due to a reservation mix-up at another hotel. High floor offered a peaceful environment for late nights. Comfortable bed, though in need of upgrading. AC/heat were quiet. Broken telephone and cleanliness issues were disappointing but manageable. On the downside, multiple incorrect charges and lack of toilet paper and service were major inconveniences. Rude staff, dirty room, and maintenance problems were also upsetting. However, the location was convenient and one receptionist was exceptional in assisting with our needs.

The room was pretty good - big enough to fit all my stuff, had a full-size fridge that was handy for my long stay. The bed was cozy and the hotel’s location near Hell’s Kitchen was way cooler than being right in Times Square, but still close to the theaters for a quick walk. The staff was super helpful and the room was quiet, which was great for winding down after late work nights. One thing though, the phone in the room was busted, missing buttons and all, could definitely use a fix-up. 🏨

The Candlewood Gym always has an open door and lots of aerobic and cardio equipment to make it easier to stick to your exercise routine, no sweat. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of equipment available. It felt like stepping into a high-end gym!
